Scientific research points to the fact that a
significant amount of learning occurs in the womb,
as early as week 4 and subsequently into the early
learning years (ages 1 to 6). However, the poorer
segments of society, know little about this and most
importantly, have neither the financial resources
nor the foresight to make this their priority. They
are battling other more basic challenges, like
putting food on the table, etc.
